Error Out Of Client Memory [Attachment Data]

I have a step in a workflow that attaches a zipped up folder to the job attachments so it can be extracted across several other machines and used in workflow.

I keep getting this error out of client memory. If I reduce the size of the zipped file it will attach . Total zipped file size is 198MB so not overly large?

I have inherited this workflow to run and I believe this has run previously before with success. Does anyone know why this message is occurring?? Is there a limit on attachment size? how can I increase or fix this error.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated- I am brand new to this software.

Hi, Ciara, 

This is a memory issue. We load the attachment file into memory before adding it into our database. Could you please check your system memory as well as how much memory the Workflow Manager is using when it fails?

The issue was with embedding the attachment to the database and limit on size thanks

Yes that would be our first concern. The error message is misleading. Normally increasing the size of attachment data in your database would solve this issue.
