Add "Open in Web Editor" to the Map Viewer

The current workflow to be able to edit in the Web Editor is to create the map in the Map Viewer first. Then we have to go open the Web Editor and then search for the new map.

I would like to see "Save and Open in Web Editor" added to the Save and Open Menu. This will take out two steps from our workflow.
