What's in-the-box to help us performance tune non-developer edition (Enterprise and AGOL) WAB applications? (Besides the analyze button)

I'm thinking of the old ArcIMS dialogs that told us how long each layer takes to draw, fastest, slowest, most used, least used, etc.
