Hi.
I created a Web App using the WebApp Builder's Dashboard Theme. As of a few days ago when I open the editor or view the application, the content of the WebApp where the map and other charts on the bottom are supposed to be now shows a black screen. An Info Summary that is along the left side and the Title bar show as normal.
I am still able to go into the Web Map that is connected to the WebApp and make updates as well as update configurations to widgets, titles, etc. in the Web App, however I am not able to see the results of these changes. I have tried opening up the Web App in most browsers (Chrome and Incognito, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge) with no luck and have restarted my computer.
Also, when I try to create a new WebApp using the dashboard theme, I have the same issue with only seeing a black screen. All other themes (foldable, jewlery box, dart, etc.) work as expected.
The app works on other computers except for mine.
Finally, don't confuse this for the ArcGIS Dashboards product, which also works perfectly fine for me.
I prefer to create a dashboard through Experience Builder, however, the Experience Builder does not appear have a readily configurable basemap widget which is absolutely essential!

I've seen the exact same issue. I have a web app built with the dashboard theme that used to work perfectly until the Windows 11 update. It's still working on my machine but I've seen this blacked-out map widget on 3 different machines now (and in multiple browsers) and just can't figure out why it's working on some and not on others. I've updated and checked everything I can think of but haven't been able to fix it. It looks like a bug to me.
I started having this issue as well. Random machines are having this issue. If that machine is having a problem, ALL the browsers have that problem. I read somewhere there could be a browser extension blocking java. However when I found a machine that is showing the black screen I check the browsers and there is no blocking of java from our IT department. The data (search, query etc) all works, just the map portion is being blacked out.

I've experienced this same issues for the last couple of weeks. For some reason minimizing the window size to less than 100% has made the map visible again. Although it's not an ideal solution, hope this helps anyone experiencing the same issue.
I have the same issue. Resizing the window to a smaller size does make the map visible again but you are right, this isn't an ideal solution. My app is supposed to run on a desktop browser. These web apps used to work correctly on my laptop. They do operate correctly on my coworkers laptop which is more or less the same as mine.
Hi, just an update. I was in contact with Esri Support about this issue. They have confirmed it is a bug and they are working on a fix. The best work around at the moment is to change the page zoom level of your browser. This can be done manually (ctrl+scroll) or set in the browser settings.
