Web AppBuilder app without Portal for ArcGIS and Internet connection

I am trying to deploy my Web AppBuilder app on a separate server that has no Internet connection and doesn't have Portal for ArcGIS installed. Would it be possible?

   WAB is dependent on an internet connection and/or portal, so no.
