I have Water hydrant layer that needs to be updated based on the data that is collected in the field by field crew. They use some proprietary program to inspect the hydrants, fill out the form and then generate an excel document. This inspected data is then used to update the GIS hydrant layer that resides in our Enterprise Geodatabase. Currently the excel file is sent to me and I update all the records.
However, I want to implement something using web app builder where the field crew can upload the excel document and update the GIS data layer. I am wondering whether Web App Builder has such capabilities and what would be the best method to implement something like this.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
