I am having trouble get the beta3 to work (I have not attempted earlier versions)/

issues-- when I click the start.bat file I get a message saying the port is already in use.

and when I attempt to run the url to start the webabppbuilder I get a message saying the page cannot be opened.

any help getting started appreciated.

Glenn,

  Occasionally I have gotten that message and a computer restart fixes the issue. I use Brackets as my JS IDE environment as well and sometimes just shutting down Brackets and retrying the bat file works.
