Search Widget popup not firing While at Home(Full Extent)

Greeting

Working with WAB Developer e 2.20,  

Search widget not working properly,  it work only when I zoom in.  But when I am on a full extent   its not firing the feature popup.

Enable local Search is OFF.

Only search in current map extent is OFF.
