LocalLayerWidget question

I added some dynamic layers using LocalLayer widget, tried to launch the app, but don't see any data. There is nothing in the LayerList widget, Attribute widget either. What could be wrong? Any info is greatly appreciated.

Thanks Rebecca. I followed the instructions in the PDF file, set up the LocalLayer widget, added a dynamic layer, tried to launch it, but don't see any data on the map. I did not do any customization. Do I need to do anything in the LayerList widget or Attribute widget?

Just out of curiosity, did you clear your cache prior to launching the site?

Yes, I did clear my browser cache. I am using Portal with a local security certificate. Is it a  problem?

A few quick questions Rose,

1) Do you have the widget configured to be "visible" in your application, or is the little eye icon crossed out?

2) Do you see your layers appear when previewing your app in the builder, or does it just not display when you launch the app from the builder?

3) When entering your URLs for your services in the LocalLayer widget, did you use http:// or https://?

4) If you turn Developer Tools on in your browser (usually turned on via the F12 key), and launch your app, do any error messages get reported?
