Layout file in my Web App returns one Patch but 2 labels in legend

So I have created a layout file in Pro. Exported it out and shows as a tool in my contents. When I use this layout in the print widget in my web application everything is good, title, frame, scale bar, north arrow all good. Except my legend has Patch-Label-Label. The label is there twice. Anyone have this issue before?

Hi @SteveAldred 

When you published the layout in content did you added legend of same name if so remove legend from that layout and try again because the print widget auto add legends.

Also check name of your published service you have added in map whatever the name is there it will show as is in print.
