I downloaded the new WAB. I've been using the beta for too long, time to get with the new stuff.
I have hit some issues.

When I went to this link
Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition) | ArcGIS for Developers
and clicked the download button the zip does contain a server folder?...
And not that this is perfect, I wrote up Tips and Observations for getting Web AppBuilder - Developer Edition Installed if it helps....some of the stranger things I ran across.

I actually was following your blog post when I ran into the problem I was having, lol. THANK YOU for writing that up! It's stuff like your blog that makes Geonet valuable.
Cool. So is there something that doesn't make sense in the doc....or that is wrong. Let me know if there is. I'm hoping to update/expand if needed.
But as Robert pointed out, sounds like you just need to download it again.
