How can I improve performance with 10,000 points

I geocoded ~10,000 locations (polling stations) on ArcGIS with Near Me widget. The speed is awfully slow on mobile interface and its very difficult to use. I tried the Summarize widget but that too takes a long time to load.

What is the best course of action in cases like this? Any recommendation will be greatly appreciated.
