how can I disable the connection to portalUrl?

Hi all, I'm trying to work without using any connection outside my local website...
I downloaded the API and I changed the path to point to the API in my website.

How can I disable the connection to portalUrl?

   It is not possible to my knowledge that are many different files that access portal in the WAB stemapp.

Thanks Robert and once I created and configurated my WebApp application...can I deploy the folder of the App and use it in my "intranet" without a connection to the portalURL?... I'm using LocalLayer widget...so I aspect that I don't need internet connection...

   Nope, still the same scenario there are several pieces of code that are still trying to access Potal.

Since we can use local layers ...
This should be an improvement to be made.
I hope ESRI will find the way to add it in the next version of the Web AppBuilder.
