Hello, im trying for first time to make the app builder works (dev edition).

I just downloaded from the website and when im going to extract the files, im having errors with some node modules.

After that (ignoring the errors) i start the startup.bat file and also give me errors.

I downloaded the zip file twice already, so what im doing wrong?

Thanks in advice.

OK.  I tried with 7zip and now it worked.

The next step is specify a portal address or arcgis online address.

In my company we still doesnt have that. We use arcgis server tho.

We installed the web adaptor and we installed portal, but we have problems with the SSL certificate. We dont know how to set it up or where we need to do it. For us is not very clear the guide that u guys have in the website.

or a different machine.  I have seen this error but it seems it had to do with the machine/browser/network.

Check out the install links I listed above, especially the first and last one since there is additional info on getting it installed, beyond the official help (i.e. from other users like yourself).  As for the Online, if you have ArcGIS Server on maintenance, you will have an Organizational acocunt.  if not, you can get a trial version

http://www.arcgis.com/features/free-trial.html

of a developers version

ArcGIS for Developers

for testing...or again, if you have maintenance, you may have access to Portal, which is the on-site version of ArcGIS Online.
