Esri’s Sentinel-2 image service doesn't print out

Hi all,

I'm trying to print out this  Sentinel-2 image service from ESRI, but for some reason doesn't work with our custom template, but it works with the default print service from ArcGIS Server.

Anyone have experienced this behavior? any idea why the custom template doesn't print out the image service?

Hey Pablo, I can't answer your question but I have a question for you please. I'm trying a custom band arithmetic on the Sentinel service like the following "(B11 / B12) + (B8 / B12) + (B8 / B3)" but I don't get a result. Are you getting good results with yours? 

I'm using ArPro and setting the Sentinel2 processing template to 'none' first then applying my custom arithmetic.
