We had developed an application using ArcGIS Portal/ArcGIS Pro/WAB.
We opened the attribute table and select an Point and click any record present in the attribute table. The Error message displays as Data not Available! Click [Refresh] button to try again. This message appears in all the Application, So We assume, There is NO error in publishing the service from the ArcGIS Pro. Can anyone face this kind of Error?

Having the same issue myself. It is complicating things as I am trying to setup a feature where users can export their selected records, but if nothing can be selected, they end up with an empty CSV.

Step 1: I matched the columns with the Layer file and Attribute Table widget->Columns->Edit->Check and UnCheck according to Layer File in ArcGIS Pro.
Step 2: Repeat the step 1 to all layers and Attribute Table widget.
Data Not available error disappeared.
