Dynamic Layers in a Web App Builder App...

Hello there,

Is there a dependency for dynamic layers to be enabled on a map service for a Web App Builder based app? When I disable dynamic layers on my primary map service I receive this message and the map/app won't load:

{"error":{"code":400,"message":"'dynamicLayers' is not enabled on this MapService.","details":[]}}
