Configure Search Widget “displayFields”

I am wondering if there is any way to concatenate the results from the search widget display fields to display more than one field.  I would like the results from my search to display 3 fields from my data.  From the example below,  the widget allows one to display 1 field = Address Line 1. 

I want to extend the results displayed to include additional fields for example Address Line 1, Address Line 2, Address Line 3.  (Obviously this can be accomplished in  my Mxd, but i am looking for way to concat within the WAB)

 

I have looked at the config file but am unsure of the best way to extend the functionality to

displayField: “Address_Line_1” and the additional “Address_Lines_2”.......

 

Has anyone faced a similar issue.
