Charts not using set queries

I cannot get the chart widget to actively select the correct number features on my feature layer that has a query on it.

Example:

Multiple data attributes with a time stamp

Query: to select year 2000

Chart: Count elected parties

It returns inaccurate numbers.

I'm not sure if it is disliking that I have multiple data attributes and is ignoring the query.

I figured out that the Charts for Web app builder does not like null values and I set everything to 0 and it worked fine
