Attribute Table Widget Sync Issue

Does anyone know why this happens in the Attribute Table on Web App Builder. When I have the Sync layers option turned off and my layers on the Attribute fields show up fine.
See Picture. 
But... when Sync with Layer visibilities is turned on only the the ObjectID field shows.
How can I fix this? Any help or suggestions would be fantastic.
