Adding a hyperlink to LayerList widget items

I work in the latest WAB DE. I thought DE would help me to customize my app.
My boss told me he wants to have a hyperlink text next to each item on LayerList widget where all layers are listed.

See the picture to get the idea. Is this somehow possible? Do I need to edit/add some code to widget.js file in LayerList widget? Could you please hint me a direction?
