In Web AppBuilder "Draw" widget, add an option for "halo" or "background box" to 'Show Measurements' text

The "Show Measurements" functionality works great in the WAB Draw widget, but it is hard to see the text if you are using an aerial photo as a background map. Please add an option to have a halo or background box (see attached image). Also control over the text size and font would be nice. Thanks!
