Sticky Button in geoprocessing service

Hello all,

I made a geoprocessing tool that finds the shortest route between two stops (entered by user) on a road network. Then, published it as geoprocessing service to be used in an ArcGIS viewer for Silverlight App.

The behavior of the tool on web is not the same at desktop; when running the tool in ArcMap, I can choose the multiple stops locations by clicking on the map (One after another), but at the web level each time I have to choose a location I have to click on a “pen” button (shown in the screenshots below). This behavior is annoying and not user friendly, how can I make it as in ArcMap?
