some controls don't take the correct color

Hi, I can't figure why the edit values window an the popup window does not take the correct colors set in the layout. I attach 3 pictures, the first is the look of the application, the second the edit values window and the third is the popup window when you add new feature (titles and combo box are the problem). Please help!!
