Features disappear at close zoom level in Silverlight 3.2 and in IE.

Hello all,

  I am having a problem specifically after upgrading from Silverlight viewer 3.0 to 3.2.  When I upgrade my projects and zoom in the features disappear!  This only happens in Internet Explorer (I've confirmed it in version 10 and 11).  When ESRI tried to help me they could not duplicate the problem.

I've tried clearing the IE cache, recaching my layers and removing and re-adding the layers and it doesn't help.  Any ideas why this is happening?

I was able to successfully downgrade back to version 3.0.
