External (Non ESRI) WMS in ArcGIS Viewer for Silverlight

I wonder if it is possible to consume an external WMS in ArcGIS Viewer for Silverlight.
I tried using the address below, but failed.
The same address used in ArcCatalog I can see the layers.

Consuming WMS services is possible in the Silverlight Viewer, but not out of the box.  You can utilize some of the ESRI code samples to build your own tool for doing this.
