When I attempt to sign in to ArcGIS Online through the application builder, or if signing in to ArcGIS Online when attempting to add secure data, I get the attached error. If I click "sign in" the map viewer shows my chosen basemap - sometimes my secure data displays, other times it does not and I get the exclamation mark in the Table of Contents. This has happened on two separate machines both with clean installs (they were not upgraded from a previous version of ArcGIS Viewer for Silverlight). There are no custom add-ins or behaviors. Any ideas what might be causing this error?
