I've shared a Web Map of a WMS service in ArcGIS Online at the Organization level. However, when I log into ArcGIS Viewer for Silverlight, that web map does not appear in "My Maps". Do I have to share it to the entire public in order for it to become visible in ArcGIS Viewer for Silverlight?
