We are in the process of migrating from 9.3.1 to 10. We are hoping to do this in phases and we're hoping that SFV 1.3 (and any of the custom widgets and mods to the .mxml) will come across without updating code to FLEX/FLASH 4 and AGS 2.1 API
As I understand it, as long as my map services transfer fine from 9.3.1 to 10 and the SDE is running smoothly, then that is all my current SFV 1.3 app requires.
