Unable to union big number of geometries with GeometryService's union method

Hi All,

Does anyone is having idea that is there any limit on number of geometries in geometries array in union() method of GeometryService? It works perfectly for less number of geometries(around less then 100). But if we are passing more (around 500) geometries then I am getting error as :-

faultCode:null faultString:'Unexpected < encountered at location 1' faultDetail:'null'

I am using Flex Viewer 3.6.

If anyone has any idea let me know.
