Hello,

I want to publish a geoprocess tool that takes a zip file from the client's side (using flexviewer), process the file on the server but not in the default directories, and then sends it back the result (which is another zip file) to the client. I can't figure out how to send the file back to the client. The "Send Email with Zip File Attachment" tool is a bad option for me because of the size of the zip file to send back.

Any ideas?

How about creating the ZIP and provide the url to the client: ArcGIS Help (10.2, 10.2.1, and 10.2.2)

Hello, xander

It is one of the option and it looks like this is what I will do. I wanted to do it as a part of the same session of the upload, so the client will upload wait and download the result automatically, but the option you suggested is just good as well.

Thank you very much.
