Right click a graphic to pop up an infowindow based on ArcGIS Viewer for Flex 2.3.1

Hello,

Based on ArcGIS Viewer for Flex 2.3.1, is it possible to accomplish the following scenario?
1. Add a Graphic to a GraphicsLayer
2. When right click that Graphic:
a. Flex context menu is NOT displayed
b. An infowindow pops up
