Feature service failing to load

Hi all,

I have a flex app that contains a feature services, to allow for users to create features. The site loads perfectly on my machine and other computers not on the same network. However, for other users, the feature service does not load and returns an error:

" 'NAME OF FEATURE SERVICE' Edit layer failed to load: Fault code: Server.Error.Request Fault info: HTTP request error Fault details: Error: [IOErrorEvent type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2032"]. URL: http://xxx.xxx.xxx:6080/arcgis/rest/services/xxx/NAME OF FEATURE SERVICE/FeatureServer/0?f=json"

I have service level authentication on this feature service, but the flex app does not ask for a username and password in instances where this error happens.

Any ideas what could be happening and how to fix it?
