Dynamic Legend

I'm working with the Dynamic Legend for ArcGIS Viewer for Flex.  I am running into issues where the legend is appearing in Safari and Mozilla but not Chrome and IE.  Is there any solution to this?  I'm using ArcGIS Viewer for Flex 2.4

    I don't test Chrome at all but I can tell you that it works fine in IE 9.
