I'm running an application of the Viewer with dynamic point layers overlaid. We have begun to deploy 27" monitors to some of our users. I received a call that the map would open with the ESRI Streets base map and the legend populated with the point symbols, but no symbols were visible on the map. After a day of frustration, checking the application and the data sources, I discovered if you didn't maximize the screen the features would display. But, as soon as the browser was maximized they would disappear. Any ideas on a cause or solution to this strange problem would be appreciated.

I like a thousand before me say, "Thank you, Robert." Has ESRI considered hiring you just to answer forum questions? You are the best tech support the company has.
