We are using ArcGIS Viewer for Flex, and one of our users is seeing a double veritical scroll bar (see attached screen shot). He is on Windows 7, and only 1 other user has seen this issue (although it suddenly went away) and she was also on Windows 7.
Has anyone else had this problem?
