The viewer does not allow you to zoom in very close.  Is it possible to change this?  I understand that it is limited to how the tiles were cached.  However, when I zoom into Bing maps at bing.com/maps, I can get much closer.
Thanks

Bjorn,
Still no time estimate from Microsoft to fix the bug so we get all 20 levels of zoom from Bing?
Thanks,
Cristi

@Christi, no word from Microsoft, but in version 2.3 of the Flex API we will have support for all levels of Bing anyways.

Hi, I downloaded the new Flex 2.3 viewer which states that there are two more scale levels and I still cannot zoom any closer.  ?!

@christi - Are you using the Bing basemaps, or the default config which has the ArcGIS Online basemaps?  It's only the bing services that has the extra details.

See Bing example at http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapps/flexviewer/live/index.html?config=apps/config-bing.xml which goes down to 1:282 scale.

Bjorn,
Can you point me in the right direction to get the Bing base maps in 2.3.1?  I really need that extra zoom level.

Thanks,
Greg

To see the detailed Bing levels, add Bing as the first basemap.

See "Bing application" sample on http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapps/flexviewer/samples.html

It looks like the config file link for the bing application doesn't work.  I removed a dash towards the end and it pulled up.  Just an FYI.  Thanks for your help.

I just downloaded 2.3.1 and seem to have lost 2 levels of extent on the default base maps. This viewer stops at 1:4513 and the older one went to 1:1128. The cache still shows those two extents but I cant seem to zoom that far. Any help would be appreciated.
