Add arcgis online data to viewer

I wanted to add a widget that is similar to the arcgis desktop function 'add data from arcgis online'. Like on the desktop, the intro screen would have a search and list function of available layers and then the ability to load the layer package. Is this possible?

I am using this in my app.  not a button, but drag/drop capabilities to add services.
