We are experiencing issues with our Velocity feeds and analytics after the February 2026 update. Our feeds and analytics have been disappearing, reappearing, and disappearing again all morning. Is anyone else experiencing this?

If you’re still experiencing item visibility issues, please open a support case or update your existing one if you already have one on file.
Hi @ZBrittenMOC, the Velocity team is aware of reports of missing items after the update. We are actively working to resolve this as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience while this is addressed.
We are experiencing this as well. Also, a RTA is errored and can't be restarted. We had never received this error before the update yesterday. And lastly, a BDA that hadn't restarted after the update.

We’re in the same boat. It’s been over halfway through the day after since the update occurred on the Feb 25th and we just got all our feeds to return and show back up in Velocity. 6 Feeds. We’re missing almost all of our production real-time and big data Analytics. Only one real time Analytic has returned, and the only big data Analytics that have come back are the ones used in three of our solutions to “update” and “Create” routes, which are seldomly used and reserved for when route updates are needed. Hopefully everything finishes syncing today so we can get our fleets back on the map.
We have 7 of 12 items showing so far and are running ArcGIS Velocity Advanced. Two versions of Street Sweeping, Winter Weather and are about to deploy the Mowing Operations Solution.
Same issue as well - only 10% showing up in the GUI, and I need to get in and fix the joins/track_ids, so the analytics are stopped on top of that......
@MattGeorge1 Our team is continuing to work on a fix for this issue. Can you confirm if your output feature layers and web maps are still receiving updates? The issue is only affecting visibility of the items in the UI. Feeds and analytics are still running on the backend even if they don't show up in the UI.
FYI @Jeff_G I do have some simple feeds > real-time > AGOL (no joins) that are not updating. We have a case open.
One of the issues we were having was that when the updates kicked off last night it looks like around 10pm Pacific the real time and big data analytics that were stopped remained that way throughout today as we couldn’t access them in the UI to restart them. They didn’t automatically restart after the Velocity updates occurred, so we didn’t have a way to get to them to turn back on.
Good news is within the last 30 minutes today (around 3pm Pacific) it’s looking like all the real time and big data Analytics have returned slowly one by one. I kept seeing the total running feeds and analytics increase from 7 back up to 12 where we should be. After the runs showed back up in the UI, we did manual starts on them and now we’re seeing activity from the output feature layers across the maps and Ops Dashboards. It ate up most of the day, but progress is good. Thanks
