Utility Network: Preset Template aren't created after changing source to feaure service

After changing the data source from a File-GDB to a feature service, the features of the preset template won't be created. The features are participating in a utility network with containment associations.

@MR14... we may need more details... One thing to keep in mind is that Templates are properties of the map embedded in a Pro project. (They could be persistent in a MAPX file if the map was saved.)

@MR14 - It works for me even after changing the source. I am trying this in ArcGIS Pro 3.5

The only time it didn't create the associations was when the the Utility Network layer was still pointing at the fileGDB rather the service.

Can you confirm all the layers have been switched over and pointing to the same version?
