Utility Network for water and sewer systems - structure the tiers

I am currently setting up a Utility Network for water and sewer systems, and I have been studying examples like Naperville's model. However, I would like to hear from those who have worked on real-world implementations:

* How did you conceptualize and structure the tiers in your projects?
* What challenges did you face when defining pressure zones, service areas, or other subnetworks?
* Are there any lessons learned or recommendations based on your experience?
* Did you need to make custom adjustments to better reflect operational or regulatory requirements?
