Utility Network Error Layers Not Created

After creating a utility network for my electric network, I noticed that the typical point, line and polygon error layers don't seem to exist.  If I open a pro session and right-click the UN in my database and choose to 'Add to New Map' I only get the Dirty Areas polygons.

As expected, if I try to publish the UN without the error layers I get:

24099: The web layer being published cannot be consumed by ArcGIS Pro without all the Utility Network layers being present

I haven't recreated the UN yet, but I was hoping this community might have some insight before I do.  Thanks!

Utility Network version 4 does not have point, line, and polygon error tables; it only has the dirty area table.

As for that error during publishing, did you add the tables as well?

I have everything loaded, but I still get that error. Why is that?
