Prune Branch History gives earliest moment as the creation date of the dataset

Question

Using Pro 3.5.7, ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 and UN v7.  When I run the report to try to prune the dataset containing my gas Utility Network it says no data will be pruned and the earliest moment is the date we created the dataset (2021). What's interesting is last year we unversioned and reversioned the dataset. So I know there's no history earlier than 2025.

Can anyone suggest where I might start to look to see what is tied to that date? The documentation indicates feature services replicas (we don't have any) and versions (none before 2025 and all are reconciled daily).

No conflicts. But that did lead me to check version management connected as the sde user and I found a stranded version from a service that no longer exists. When I deleted the version it moved the earliest moment to what I expected.
