I have real time water network, where i have migrated the Geometric network to the utility network. I have to isolate the valves according to the polygons shown below.

Now as with the real time data, its a very looped system and the water finds routes somehow. I have to make pressure zones, i am using isolation valves to isolate them, but the valves are placed in such a way the water route finds its way to go out of the particular zones. can anyone help with this?

Check out this learning series for water utilities: https://learn.arcgis.com/en/paths/arcgis-utility-network-water/ . There are several articles in there that discuss how to create/use pressure zones in water subnetworks. If you explore the subnetworks learning series in there you will also find three hands-on tutorials that walk you through the process of creating and using water pressure zones as well.
