How I can get/download the Utility Network Package Tools for Arcgis pro?

I was wondering if anyone had the same issue as me or knew a solution. I had no problem downloading the package tools. But I cannot figure out how to get the asset package itself. I am looking for the electric package. It does not appear to have been included in the install of the tools. I also tried to deploy the Electric Data Management for ArcGIS Enterprise solution, but it only created a portal item with no file to download. How can I acquire the asset package?
