Failed to Publish Web Layer in Water Utility Network Foundation

I following the tasks in the Water Utility Network foundation and I'had a problem with de "Publish Services", I configurated all de parameters includ in the step, and when I started the publish I soo this error.

Really hard to see what is going on.  If you set your server to Debug messaging, is there any info in the server log?

No, I had already see the messages in the server, and, doesn't have anything.
