editing utility network through enterprise portal app

dears, Is there any enterprise app or field app (Map Viewer, Experince Builder, web app, Field Maps...) which I could be able to edit my Utility Network service through?

my environment :

1- Enterprise 10.9.1
2- ArcGIS Pro 2.9
* with Utility Network User type exstension.

Utility Network Editor is a web app offered by Esri UK (available internationally). It is pretty comprehensive and easy to use.
