Hi,
An Electric Line feature has made it into our default Utility Network. The line feature cannot be deleted because it has an association, contains an Electric Edge Object. The association cannot be removed because of an error "31: Association record is referencing an invalid from or to globalid". This sounds like an issue related to the line feature having zero geometry.
Is there a way I can remove the association or delete the line or remove the association?
@mitchellmiller - I think the issue at hand maybe something to do with associations and deletion semantics and not the zero length line. The invalid from or to error shows up when you delete an object with an active association (you shouldn't be able to but weird thing happen)
I am assuming you have tried removing the associations between the line and the electric objects.
Are you able to delete the electric Edge Objects that participate in the association and then try deleting the line?

Failing that -
Do you have a dirty area in the error inspector?
Was there a import of associations or records OR was it managed through ArcGIS Pro?
The Rebuild Network may help but I am not too sure at this point.
If you
I cannot delete the association through arc pro or through the feature service. I believe the error was posted from a version in arc pro during an upgrade. the error inspector is giving me the same error 31
I see there is a line and 2 edge objects. Rather than delete the association, could you try deleting the objects themselves?
