Network Analysis Failed to publish web layer

I created OD Cost Matrix map in Network Analysis but I can't share it . The error is: Failed to publish web layer _WTL1. How can I share it?

Did you analyze before publishing?  You really need to supply more info if anyone is to help you.

Yes, there is no error and i can't supply more info because ArcGIS didn't give me.
