Why is the Survey123 form on the web browser so narrow? It cuts off my table lists.

Hello,

I recently published a survey via Survey123 Connect. Upon looking at the survey form in the browser (Firefox), I noticed the form is super narrow for the window size and cuts off my many table lists. Picture attached. Is there a way to adjust this? I've been googling and researching to no avail. The web browser will be the primary way people interact with my survey.

You can control this by adding `width` param to your url.
